Goodricke, English politician, sat in the House of Commons from 1778 to 1780, and was the only son of Sir John Goodricke, 5th Baronet of Ribston Hall. He was born at Boulogne on 6 April 1741 while his father served there as a diplomat. As a supporter of the administration, like his father, he took a position critical of the Americans prior to his service in Parliament. He was especially critical of Richard Price.
