John St Loe Strachey

John St Loe Strachey (1860–1927) was a British journalist and newspaper proprietor. Between 1887 and 1925, he was editor of The Spectator. He was a member of the Liberty and Property Defence League in the late 19th century and wrote an essay for one of their books against socialism.
