Theodore Plucknett (1897-1965) was an English legal historian. In 1923 he was appointed by Roscoe Pound as professor of legal history at Harvard Law School where he remained until 1931. He was then appointed to the first chair of Legal History at the London where he remained until his retirement in 1963.
