Bio
Pliny the Younger (61 - 113AD) had served as an imperial magistrate to the Emperor Trajan, one of the five “virtuous emperors.” He was also a close friend of Tacitus, a favorite ancient historian among the Old Whigs of England and American colonial supporters.
