This is part of “The Best of the Online Library of Liberty” which is a collection of some of the most important material in the OLL. This one comes from Jean-Baptiste Say’s Treatise on Political Economy in which very early on in the book he presents his defence of the right of property in physical things as well as one’s own “talents and faculites.”
