David R. HendersonAbout the AuthorDavid R. Henderson is the editor of The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics (2003) (formerly The Fortune Encyclopedia of Economics (1993)). He is a research fellow with Stanford University’s Hoover Institution and an associate professor of economics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
