Ludwig von Mises (1881-1973) was a leading member of the Austrian school of economics and one of the staunchest advocates of the free market in the 20th century. He taught at the University of Vienna before escaping the Nazis and then New York University. Liberty Fund is pleased to be republishing many of Mises' works.
