Fee Simple
And if a man hath issue a son and a daughter by one venter, and a son by another venter, & the son of the first venter purchase lands in fee and dye without issue, the sister shal have the land by descent as heire to her brother, & not the younger brother, for that the sister is the whole bloud of her elder brother. This is put for an example to illustrate that which hath | beenesaid, and needeth no explanation. And herewith agreeth Britton.
