About this title:A discussion between two radical individualists under the auspices of the Personal Rights Association. The exchange took place over many years and this booklet appeared after the death of one (Herbert in 1906) and one year before the death of the other (Levy in 1913). The topic was “voluntary taxation” (Herbert’s position) and whether or not the adoption of any form of taxation would lead to “socialism”.
