  • Pizarro is following me,
  • Full of anger,
  • And threatening you so wildly!

  • Peace!—softly—

  • Then hasten away!

  • Yes, yes,—he knows already!

  • The officer
  • Has told him that we
  • Are now indulging the prisoners.

Roc.

  • All of you go back instantly.

  • You know how he rages,
  • And his fierce severity.

Leo.

  • How my heart is swelling—
  • My whole soul is up in arms.
