Dear Sir

I send you the book, and two letters;2 one for Mr. Mill which you will be so good as to send to him, and let your messenger wait for an answer. The other, not directed, is for J. R. M Culloch Esqr. College Street Edinburgh; and I hope you will be able to get a frank for it and dispatch it immediately, as I should wish to have Mr. M Culloch’s answer before the printer arrives at page 321.3
