Sir,

By the favor of Mr. Sharp I was this morning honor’d with your letter. I am extremely obliged by the communication of your suggestions for remedying in some degree the evils attendant on the present state of our circulation, and will give to them all the attention they deserve. I shall probably soon have an opportunity of seeing our Friend Sharp, and will beg of him to convey to you what may occur to my mind on the subject in question.

I have the honor to be Sir Yr obliged and obedt. Servt.
